By accessing or using QuoteDirect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
QuoteDirect provides a cloud-based quoting, invoicing and field service management platform for South African businesses. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments are processed via PayFast. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use QuoteDirect for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Your use of QuoteDirect is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
QuoteDirect and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quote Direct (Pty) Ltd and are protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.
Quote Direct (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
